Metro Rules and Instructions: Metro has made some rules for convenient journey of all metro passengers. By following these rules you and your city persons can make Delhi metro good for all Delhi. These some rules are as follows.
Rules for Smart Card Holders/ Travel Card holders
. 20 minutes are the maximum time limit for entry/exit at same station and at different station it is 2 hours.
. Be careful for valid entry/Exit at travel card from the system.
. In case any entry and exit is mismatch, passenger will be charged as per DMRC's rules.
. If you are facing any problem in Delhi metro you may contact to customer care of Metro.
Rules for Token Holders
Travelling in metro on metro token, you should be careful about these rules.
. You should take valid token for your station.
. You should be careful about time to exit from your destination station.
. Your token should not be lost. Otherwise you have to pay according to Delhi metro rules.
. At exit time, you should come out with valid exit and should drop your token in exit machine.
Delhi Metro Instructions:
DMRC give some instruction for your happy and healthy journey. These instructions are requested to obey with all metro commuters and tourists.
These are as follows
. Never make any mark on DMRC property.
. Always threw your trash in trash box.
. Never lie on the metro seats. Let other people sit on them.
. Never touch metro equipments or sensitive parts.
. Don't come in the middle in the door of the metro. Because metro will not run in that condition.
. Don't bring any dangerous thing in metro.
. Keep your voice and music down, any one can have problem with that voice. He/she can miss metro's voice instruction.
. You can bring your sporting goods in metro i.e. skis, sleds, and bicycles at rush off hours.
. Metro train move very fast and you should not bring yourself or your body part in the way of metro.
. Animals are not allowed in metro except guide dogs.
. Smoking is not allowed in metro train or stations.
