Dengue fever: This disease is diagnosed in Asia, Africa and in South America during 1780. Dengue is communicable disease and Dengue viruses are transmitted to humans through the bites of infective female Aedes mosquitoes. It is also known as break-bone fever or bonecrusher disease.
Dengue fever symptoms are as follows:
Muscles and Joint Pains
Severe headache
Red petechiae at lower limbs and the chest
Abdominal pain
Nausea
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Severe dizziness and loss of appetite.
Diagnosis: some times it is very difficult to diagnose dengue existence because it can be misdiagnosed with some other kind of viral and Influenza. Exact diagnosis of dengue is not possible without clinical diagnosis of patient's blood. In this disease, the platelets of blood have been decrease rapidly and the process of blood clotting becomes very low (Platelets i.e. an irregularly shaped cell-like particle in the blood.). Platelets play an important role when anyone's blood vessels got damaged in accidents and platelets clotting the blood and stop it to flow.
Treatment: Dengue has no fix treatment but some precautions can save patients life.
Temperature: if patient's temperature is going high (i.e. 103 F, 104 F, 105 F, 106 F) and unconsciousness. You should apply ice cube to make him/ her temperature low. Ice cube can be applied at head, chest, groin and you can give sponge bath with cold water. Fluid supply: In Dengue, patient's body temperature increases time to time and he/ she lost rich amount of water from body. So you should try to fulfill this insufficiency with good amount of water and other liquids.
Rest: Dengue patient should have taken good rest to recover from dengue fever.
Antipyretics (avoid aspirin): Any kind of drugs should take with the help of good doctor.

level of consciousness
Precaution at travelling time: if you are travel in Asia, Africa and South America, you should make some precautions to avoid dengue fever.
Outdoor Stay: when you are at outing, you should follow these instructions to avoid dengue and malaria fever.
Use mosquito repellents net at sleeping time.
Use mosquito repellents products at skin and cloths.
Always try to stay at clean and less pollutant areas.
Always drink safe and filtered water.
Always take hygienic food.
Indoor Stay: Indoor staying is more safe then outdoor. But we should be careful about some points because dengue mosquitoes can be any where.
Sleep in air conditioned room.
Room should be well cleaned
If room is not air-conditioned, you should use bed net to be protected.
